For more than two decades, Martin Mrlík and Richard Strnad have been cooperating together in the field of building design. Their cooperation started in BOOS, a.s. company in 2000. Since then, they have successfully completed 90 projects in the Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia and in Sri Lanka as well.
Among the most significant ones belong the objects of Česká spořitelna in Olomouc, the reconstruction of the building of Česká spořitelna in the Jánská street in Brno, the administrative object of Technodat company in Zlín or the current project of the hotel resort in Sri Lanka.

In 2013 Martin Mrlík and Richard Strnad became shareholders and at the same time they started working as a General Manager and a Chief Architect in the newly established BOOS plan, a.s. company. In course of five years this company managed to establish itself on the market and a permanent team of 20 members started to work on the projects for large multinational companies, such as Siemens, ABB, Makro, ACO Industries and others.
Different visions with the other company shareholders with regard to the further development of the company resulted in the establishment of a new company, FOX plan, s.r.o.

The current FOX plan, s.r.o. company comprises a team of architects, engineers, technicians and economists who prepare projects at all levels, from the study to the project for realization itself, and who are engaged in projects for interior as well. Furthermore, they are concerned with a complete preparation phase prior to the realization of projects, project management of constructions, both preparation and realization of development projects – not only for FOX plan, s.r.o. but also for business partners of FOX plan, s.r.o.

FOX plan, s.r.o. deals with projects in the field of industrial construction, residential housing, designs of administrative objects and hotels.
